Change a real detail in the source material. Time the work needed to correct the explanation, inspect the final output and share the revision. This reveals more about everyday use than the first polished demo.
Check that your OpenScreen plan and permissions allow export. Save a supported video or image file and keep your original project as a backup. A hosted link alone is not a portable editing project.
Import the media, arrange the explanation and add written steps. Review captions and screenshots against the source so the guide says what the recording actually shows.
Ask a teammate to follow the instructions and review the result. Check access from the recipient’s account before moving more material or replacing an existing workflow.

Yes. Recordwow’s software is free for life. Connected AI, voice, avatar and meeting providers can charge separately. The creator program is a separate service discussion. Account access follows your workspace setup.
Start with an exported media file that you are allowed to use. Recordwow accepts common video and image formats, including MP4, MOV, WebM, PNG and JPEG. Native editor projects, comments, analytics and access settings do not transfer automatically. Check the export rights and format in your current plan.
